May 31st Friday Letter

Can you believe this is my last update of the school year?! I dread this time of the school year because I know my time with my students is coming to an end and I will miss them all very much!

It was an absolute pleasure to have your children in my classroom. We learned so many things and your children have grown this year academically and as young people. Even though your children would have grown without my help, it was a privilege to get to spend each day with them learning about their unique personalities, learning from them, and hopefully encouraging them to foster a love of learning and especially a love of reading.

I will always have a great interest in your children and their futures–wherever they go, whatever they do, and whoever they become–I know they will be lovely humans. My wish for this year was to help your children see the light in this world and in themselves and others. I hope they continue seeking the good!

Please let me know if you have any comments, questions, or concerns. Thank you for supporting my efforts this year. Thank you for taking the time to love and care about your child. Have a great summer!
